    Deposit and design

    Pay the 50% deposit to book your slot, answer a short questionnaire, and we design the site around it. Two rounds of revisions, three on Pro Growth.

    Build and review

    Fast, responsive on every screen, structured so Google can read it. You review it on a private preview link before anyone else sees it.

  4. 04

    Launch and look after

    You approve, pay the balance, and we go live. Then the site is yours, and a care plan keeps it online, patched and backed up.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost?

It depends on how much site you need, so we quote each one rather than publishing a price list. A simple four-page site is at the small end and a bespoke build with booking, payments or a portal is at the other. Tell us what you need on a free call and you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and that is the price you pay.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. Your quoted package price covers design, build, launch and your first year of domain registration, and it does not change unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope. If you do, we quote that separately and only proceed once you have approved it. Ongoing hosting and maintenance are optional monthly plans, which include your domain renewal once you have completed 12 months on a plan. One other cost worth knowing about: if you ask us to move your website and domain to another hosting provider, there is a one-off £100 admin fee for that work.

How do payments work?

You pay a 50% deposit to book your build slot and the balance before the site goes live. There is nothing to pay in between. Invoices are paid by card or PayPal through your customer portal, and monthly plans are collected automatically by card.

How long does it take to build my website?

Typical launch is within one week, subject to scope and content. Larger packages with more pages and integrations take longer. The most common cause of delay is not the build, it is waiting for text, photos and access from the client.

What is the process from enquiry to launch?

Enquiry, free discovery call, deposit and design, build, then launch. You review the site on a private preview link before it goes anywhere near the public, and you get two rounds of revisions as standard, three on Pro Growth. Nothing goes live until you have approved it and the balance is paid.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once final payment has been received. That covers the design, the pages and your content. If you ever move to another provider you can have a copy of your site files at no charge, and your domain is always yours to take. If you would like us to prepare and carry out the move for you, there is a one-off £100 admin fee.
