Frequently asked questions

What counts as a post?

One piece of content shared on your social accounts: a photo, a video or an update. A post goes out on each of the platforms you use, so two posts a week is two pieces of content, not two platforms.

What do I actually have to do?

Send us your job photos and videos on WhatsApp, straight from your phone on site, and record a quick voice note telling us where it is, what you did and anything worth mentioning. We write it up and publish it. That is the whole of your side.

Why are blog posts included in a social media plan?

A blog post is a short article on your own website, for example a write-up of a recent job. Social posts disappear down a feed within a day, but a page on your own site keeps working in Google for years. The same photos and voice note produce both, so you get the search benefit at no extra effort.

Do I need accounts on all four platforms?

No. We post to whichever of TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook and YouTube you already use. If you want one you do not have yet, we will help you set it up as part of getting started.
